The Novotek AB is a public company listed since 1999 at the stock exchange. Currently the shares are listed in the small cap listing at the Nordic stock exchange OMX. The Novotek group started 1986 in Sweden and is today active in the Nordic, Benelux countries and Germany.

The goal of the Novotek group is to give both divided and market cap increase to its share holders in order to give a balanced return-on-investment. By doing so, we believe we serve our shareholders interest in solid future business and demand for reasonable yearly interest to the working capital.
