It\u2019s a challenge to ensure effective communication of the value propositions and related solutions to our diverse industrial customer base \u2013 and that\u2019s where you come in!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Novotek is looking to expand our marketing capability, with a heavy emphasis on digital presence and communications. With our range of solutions and customers, we\u2019re looking to bring someone on board who can learn to translate \u201ctechnical\u201d to \u201chuman\u201d, using modern digital tools as their medium!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md heading  \">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your Goals &amp; Responsibilities<\/h5>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Working with Novotek UK &amp; Ireland\u2019s marketing lead, you\u2019ll be taking on a mix of actions aimed at giving us a higher overall capacity for delivering key content to a mix of customers and partners. This role is intended to offer a path for a junior\/intermediate starter to take on increasing responsibility over time. In the near term, your core work will include:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md list  \">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Maintain and expand our web-based content across several interrelated sites<ul><li>Including web page development, editing\/finalisation of various downloadable content types and digital video editing\/production<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Develop and execute customer-focused communications across several channels, including direct e-mail, LinkedIn marketing and sponsored content placements<\/li><li>Ensure lead-generation tactics have results properly reflected in our CRM system, and aid in delivering reporting that will help management assess the effectiveness of different tactics<\/li><li>Aid in preparation and execution of in-person marketing events such as trade shows and conferences<\/li><li>Aid in development of marketing plans and budgets; research different channels and tactics for evaluation by the broader sales and marketing leadership<\/li><li>Assist in the preparation of reports and related documentation for key vendor partners in support of co-funding processes and reviews<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md heading  \">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What We Offer<\/h5>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md list  \">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A chance to set a path for long term growth \u2013 the successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility over time<\/li><li>A place in a team that works together to create shared opportunities and shared success<\/li><li>Competitive salary and incentive scheme<\/li><li>Ongoing professional development, including opportunities to develop new technology skills and domain expertise<\/li><li>Ongoing personal and professional development opportunities<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md heading  \">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications<\/h5>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>We will evaluate both junior and intermediate level candidates for this role. We\u2019re looking for an individual with a certain flair for communications coupled with an ability to execute.
