Our history
From 1986 to today
- Novotek was founded in 1986 by Göran, an innovative entrepreneur who recognized the potential of one of the first HMIs from overseas. A product now known as Proficy iFIX from GE Vernova.
- Over the years, our portfolio has evolved alongside our customers and their needs. Today, we work with both local SMEs and international enterprises across a wide range of industries.
- At the same time, we have expanded our geographical presence and creating strong group synergies and enabling more comprehensive support for our customers.

Since its founding, Novotek has partnered with leading software providers such as HighByte, inray, AMDT, PTC Kepware/ThingWorx, Emerson, and other local partners.
In Germany, Novotek focuses on the distribution of inray and HighByte solutions—supported by strong local expertise and, when needed, international resources.
