Behovet for en \u00e5ben l\u00f8sning, som gjorde det muligt for udstyr og systemer fra forskellige leverand\u00f8rer at kommunikere med hinanden, var stort, og b\u00e5de hardware- og softwareleverand\u00f8rer tog hurtigt OPC til sig. Allerede to \u00e5r senere var OPC branchestandarden, og OPC Fonden, der stod bag kommunikationsplatformen, blev grundlagt som en non-profit organisation med ansvar for udvikling og vedligeholdelse af OPC.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md heading  \">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-klassiske-opc-standarder\"><strong>Klassiske OPC-standarder<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>De f\u00f8rste OPC-standarder var baseret p\u00e5 Microsoft-teknologi og var begr\u00e6nset til Windows-operativsystemer. OPC stod for OLE (Object Linking and Embedding) for Process Control, og data blev distribueret mellem softwarekomponenter med COM\/DCOM.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>OPC DA (Data Access), var den f\u00f8rste OPC-standard, der kom p\u00e5 markedet. I begyndelsen af \u200b\u200b2000&#8217;erne blev flere OPC-standarder tilg\u00e6ngelige: OPC A&amp;E (Alarm &amp; Events), OPC HDA (Historical Data Access), OPC XML\/CSV og OPC DX (Data Exchange). I nogle tilf\u00e6lde kan en OPC-server have flere af disse standarder implementeret. Oplysninger om Vare (tagnavn), V\u00e6rdi (v\u00e6rdi), Tid (tidsstempel for hvorn\u00e5r v\u00e6rdien blev afl\u00e6st) og Kvalitet (datavaliditet) overf\u00f8res.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md heading  \">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Alarm &amp; Events (Alarmer og begivenheder)<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>OPC A&amp;E sender kun information om Tid, og beskriver hvorn\u00e5r h\u00e6ndelsen eller alarmen blev afl\u00e6st med et tidsstempel. OPC A&amp;E sender oplysningerne uden at gemme noget.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md heading  \">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Historical Data Access (Historisk dataadgang)<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>OPC HDA indeholder historiske data, som du kan foresp\u00f8rge p\u00e5, og underst\u00f8tter overf\u00f8rsel af store m\u00e6ngder data fra et eller flere tags. OPC HDA blev skabt for at opn\u00e5 en holistisk m\u00e5de at udtr\u00e6kke data fra procesdatabaser p\u00e5. Protokollen er ikke meget brugt i dag.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md heading  \">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>XML\/CSV<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>OPC XML g\u00f8r procesdata tilg\u00e6ngelig i alle operativsystemer, der bruger XML. OPC CSV g\u00f8r det muligt at gemme OPC-data som CSV-filer. Data kan derefter l\u00e6ses ind i regnearkssystemer som Excel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md heading  \">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Data Exchange (Dataudveksling)<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>OPC DX leverer en standardiseret metode til overf\u00f8rsel af data mellem forskellige OPC-servere og andre enheder s\u00e5som PLC&#8217;er, HMI\/SCADA-systemer og pc&#8217;er.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md heading  \">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>OPC UA<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>den nyeste standard<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Efterh\u00e5nden som flere styresystemer blev mere popul\u00e6re, kom behovet for en platformsuafh\u00e6ngig OPC-l\u00f8sning, og i 2006 lancerede OPC Foundation UA, &#8211; \u200b\u200bUnified Architecture. I mods\u00e6tning til de klassiske OPC-standarder er UA ikke baseret p\u00e5 Microsoft-teknologi, og serveren kan k\u00f8res p\u00e5 Apple, Linux og Windows. Kommunikation over netv\u00e6rk er let.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Derudover \u00f8nskede OPC-leverand\u00f8rerne en enkelt platform med adgang til alle OPC-modellerne. Disse modeller kan defineres af udbydere eller protokoller. UA-servere kan ogs\u00e5 indeholde strukturer med mere komplekse relationer mellem tags og noder. Dette g\u00f8r det muligt at have datastrukturer, hvor visse data altid grupperes og h\u00e5ndteres som en enhed. Dette er nyttigt, n\u00e5r du vil v\u00e6re sikker p\u00e5, at datas\u00e6t hentes p\u00e5 samme tid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md heading  \">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kommunikation<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Kommunikationen i UA er opbygget af lag, der er placeret over standard transportlaget TCP\/IP. Over transportlaget er der to lag, der vedligeholder og administrerer en sikker kanal mellem server og klient. Disse lag er bygget p\u00e5 SSL, HTTP eller HTTPS. Kommunikationslaget sikrer hele kommunikationskanalen, &#8211; fra adgang til eventuelle korrupte data. X.509-certifikater kan udveksles mellem server og klient.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>OPC UA bruges hovedsageligt til at bygge en bro mellem forskellige OPC DA-servere, kaldet &#8220;tunneling&#8221;. Dette g\u00f8r det muligt at opn\u00e5 netv\u00e6rksbaseret kommunikation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md heading  \">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skal du v\u00e6lge klassisk OPC eller UA?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Mange industrivirksomheder bruger stadig klassiske OPC-standarder til industriel kommunikation. Disse systemer er ofte blevet implementeret f\u00f8r UA blev tilg\u00e6ngelig, eller har \u00e6ldre systemer\/udstyr, der ikke kan kommunikere med OPC UA. S\u00e5 l\u00e6nge systemet fungerer korrekt, er dette ikke et problem.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Til nye OPC-implementeringer er OPC UA et oplagt valg.
