Vi havde brug for en \u00e6ndring, og valget stod mellem at opdatere det eksisterende system eller at skifte til noget helt nyt&#8221;, forklarer prognose- og opf\u00f8lgningschefen p\u00e5 fabrikken i Haninge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Han siger, at de manglede tillid til det tidligere system og havde brug for en ny start. Derfor valgte de i stedet at investere i et v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j fra Novotek.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container media-text  alignwide\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\"><div class=\"container-md heading  \">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-forbedre-kvalitet-effektivitet-og-sikkerhed\">Forbedre kvalitet, effektivitet og sikkerhed<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Siden installationen af \u200b\u200bProficy Plant Applications fra GE Vernova har m\u00e5den, fabrikken fungerer p\u00e5, \u00e6ndret sig markant. Rutiner, s\u00e5som den daglige m\u00f8destruktur, er tilpasset den information, de modtager. Den store \u00e6ndring er, at de aktivt arbejder med de oplysninger, der genereres.<br><br>&#8220;Nu er det en del af vores hverdag. Vi bruger det hver time for at sikre effektivitet og kvalitet, men ogs\u00e5 sikkerhed. Fordi Coca-Cola er et s\u00e5 stort og velkendt m\u00e6rke, er dette meget vigtigt for os&#8221;, forklarer prognose- og opf\u00f8lgningschefen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Proficy Plant Applications er blevet en del af operat\u00f8rernes hverdag. Nu er det muligt at se, hvordan hele produktionen forl\u00f8ber, hvilket giver et helt andet grundlag end tidligere.<br><br>&#8220;Nu tager vi beslutninger baseret p\u00e5 fakta i stedet for mavefornemmelse. L\u00f8sningen er implementeret p\u00e5 alle linjer og har givet den st\u00f8rste \u00e6ndring i form af en effektivisering.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md heading  \">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-rapportfunktion-med-stor-fleksibilitet\">Rapportfunktion med stor fleksibilitet<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Med Proficy Plant Applications f\u00e5r du tilpassede rapporter, noget der g\u00f8r analysen lettere. Funktionen er fleksibel og kan tilpasses brugerens behov.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Rapportfunktionen bruges j\u00e6vnligt. En gang om ugen p\u00e5 ledelsesniveau og dagligt af mennesker, der arbejder direkte med produktionen. Det er en stor fordel at have en svensk partner. Novotek kender PLC og software, s\u00e5 vi kan f\u00e5 hj\u00e6lp fra en, der kender b\u00e5de maskinen og systemet og har et helhedsorienteret syn. Dette er is\u00e6r nyttigt, n\u00e5r der opst\u00e5r problemer, som vi ikke kender \u00e5rsagen til. Det er netop en vigtig grund til, at vi valgte Novotek og Proficy Plant Applications&#8221;, slutter chefen for prognoser og opf\u00f8lgning, Coca Cola European Partners Sverige
