{"id":20130,"date":"2024-02-12T09:57:31","date_gmt":"2024-02-12T09:57:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.novotek.com\/ch\/insight\/opc-la-norme-de-communication-industrielle\/"},"modified":"2025-09-10T11:48:05","modified_gmt":"2025-09-10T11:48:05","slug":"opc-la-norme-de-communication-industrielle","status":"publish","type":"insights","link":"https:\/\/www.novotek.com\/fr\/insight\/opc-la-norme-de-communication-industrielle\/","title":{"rendered":"OPC &#8211; La norme de communication industrielle"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>OPC (OLE for Process Control) est la norme de communication industrielle qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en 1995 par un certain nombre de grands fournisseurs dans le domaine de l&rsquo;automatisation industrielle dans le but de promouvoir l&rsquo;interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 entre leurs syst\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Ils \u00e9taient bas\u00e9s sur le protocole COM\/DCOM de Microsoft, tr\u00e8s populaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque. Dans les ann\u00e9es qui ont suivi, ce standard est devenu le moyen le plus r\u00e9pandu pour communiquer entre diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;automatisation. Au fil des ann\u00e9es, la technique a \u00e9volu\u00e9, passant de l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el <strong>(DA)<\/strong> \u00e0 l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es historiques<strong> (HDA)<\/strong>, en passant par les alarmes et les \u00e9v\u00e9nements<strong> (AE)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Finalement, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;unifier ces trois standards en un nouveau standard global et bas\u00e9 sur un mod\u00e8le qui ne d\u00e9pend plus de COM\/DCOM : <strong>OPC UA&nbsp;<\/strong> Unified Architecture.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md spacer  \">\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md heading  \">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-client-server-technologie\">Technologie client\/serveur<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>OPC est bas\u00e9 sur une architecture client\/serveur, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire qu&rsquo;il y a un ou plusieurs serveurs qui attendent les demandes de donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;un ou plusieurs clients. D\u00e8s que le serveur re\u00e7oit une demande, il y r\u00e9pond et retourne ensuite dans la file d&rsquo;attente. Mais le client peut aussi demander au serveur d&rsquo;envoyer automatiquement les mises \u00e0 jour lorsqu&rsquo;elles arrivent au serveur. Avec OPC, c&rsquo;est le client qui d\u00e9cide quand et quelles donn\u00e9es le serveur doit r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer aupr\u00e8s des syst\u00e8mes sous-jacents. Les standards classiques s&rsquo;appellent OPC DA (Data Access), OPC A&amp;E (Alarm &amp; Events) et OPC HDA (Historical Data Access). Ces normes sont bas\u00e9es sur COM\/DCOM et sont donc limit\u00e9es aux syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;exploitation Windows.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>La norme de communication industrielle actuelle est OPC UA (Unified Architecture). OPC UA est ind\u00e9pendant de la plate-forme et n&rsquo;est donc plus li\u00e9 aux syst\u00e8mes Windows. La signification d&rsquo;OPC a donc \u00e9galement \u00e9volu\u00e9 &#8211; l&rsquo;abr\u00e9viation \u00ab\u00a0OLE for Process Control\u00a0\u00bb est devenue \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Open Platform Communication<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0. OPC UA est bas\u00e9 sur une sp\u00e9cification multipartite qui se compose de nombreuses sections diff\u00e9rentes, comme par exemple Data Access (DA), Alarms and Conditions (A&amp;C) et Historical Access (HA). Une autre partie tr\u00e8s importante d&rsquo;UA est la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;utiliser des structures de donn\u00e9es ou des mod\u00e8les. Cela signifie que les balises ou points de donn\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre regroup\u00e9s et plac\u00e9s dans un contexte qui simplifie consid\u00e9rablement la gestion et la maintenance. La communication transparente entre les machines, les installations et les syst\u00e8mes constitue la base de l&rsquo;industrie 4.0 et de la transformation num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>La plupart des installations et des machines sont compos\u00e9es d&rsquo;automates neufs et anciens provenant de diff\u00e9rents fournisseurs, qui ont tous des exigences diff\u00e9rentes en mati\u00e8re de fonctionnalit\u00e9 et de communication. Dans certains cas, les nouvelles machines d\u00e9pendent de technologies qui n&rsquo;existaient pas lors de la construction des machines les plus anciennes. En outre, les anciens appareils tentent parfois d&#8217;emp\u00eacher l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration directe pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. L&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de donn\u00e9es provenant de machines et d&rsquo;installations de diff\u00e9rentes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations est donc une t\u00e2che exigeante.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>L&rsquo;interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;OPC vous offre la solution.
