Belangrijk hierbij is om in de gaten te houden waar de grote verliezen liggen. De verliezen zijn in drie categorie\u00ebn te verdelen: <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md list  \">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"container-md list-item  \">\n<li>Beschikbaarheid;<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md list-item  \">\n<li>Prestatie;<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md list-item  \">\n<li>Kwaliteit. <\/li>\n<\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De categorie &#8216;beschikbaarheid&#8217; meet de verliezen in relatie tot stilstanden. Prestaties meet de verliezen in relatie tot achterblijvende snelheid. Kwaliteit ligt in het verlengde van orders die niet zijn vrij gegeven. Samen vormen deze drie KPI\u2019s OEE. OEE is de KPI dat u een compleet inzicht biedt in de effectiviteit van uw productie. Hieronder leggen we de drie KPI&#8217;s uit. verliezen als gevolg van stilstanden. Dit kan komen door een slecht functionerende machine, gebrek aan materiaal, verandering in orders of een wisseling van dienst.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De overgebleven tijd wordt \u2018volledige productie tijd\u2019 genoemd en het doel is om deze beschikbare tijd zo groot mogelijk te hebben.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md heading  \">\n<h2 id=\"prestatie\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prestatie<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het verbeteren van de prestaties richt zich op het verbeteren van de productiesnelheid. Dit kan per product verschillen. Tevens kan het per periode of per productieroute binnen de fabriek verschillen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enkele voorbeelden die de prestaties be\u00efnvloeden zijn bijvoorbeeld slechte grondstoffen, in-effici\u00ebnte operator of oude machines. De tijd die overblijft wordt de &#8216;Netto productietijd&#8217; genoemd.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md heading  \">\n<h2 id=\"kwaliteit\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kwaliteit<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kwaliteit is afhankelijk van het aantal eenheden, die geproduceerd zijn en uitgeleverd zijn. Producten die opnieuw bewerkt moeten worden of lager gekwalificeerd worden, vallen onder productie verlies als gevolg van achterblijvende kwaliteit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De overgebleven tijd wordt \u2018volledige productie tijd\u2019 genoemd. Ooit is namelijk vastgesteld hoeveel eenheden per uur daarmee geproduceerd kunnen worden maar is dat ook zo? En indien het niet het geval is, waarom niet? Daarnaast geef je met een realtime OEE meting direct terugkoppeling aan de medewerkers hoe zij op dat moment presteren. Het is overduidelijk bewezen dat dat een positief resultaat geeft.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md heading  \">\n<h2 id=\"hoe-start-je-met-het-meten-van-oee\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hoe start je met het meten van OEE?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De KPI OEE kunt u op verschillende manieren meten, zoals het handmatig bijhouden op papier tot het volledig digitaal automatisch registreren. Het laatst genoemde heeft het voordeel dat het geen of weinig extra tijd kost.
