I 2024 lanserte GE Vernova Proficy for Sustainability Insights<\/a><\/strong>, en ny AI-basert programvarel\u00f8sning utformet for \u00e5 forenkle arbeidet med \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 industribedrifters b\u00e6rekraftsm\u00e5l, samtidig som den hjelper deg \u00f8ke produktivitet og l\u00f8nnsomhet. Gjennom \u00e5 integrere drifts- og b\u00e6rekraftsdata kan programvaren basert p\u00e5 kunstig intelligens (AI) hjelpe industriforetak med \u00e5 bruke ressurser mer effektivt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

En europeisk bilprodusent tok i bruk l\u00f8sningen, og oppn\u00e5dde 18% energibesparelse p\u00e5 fabrikkens varmesystem. Bedriften pr\u00f8vde \u00e5 utnytte sitt eksisterende SCADA-system p\u00e5 anleggsgulvet for \u00e5 optimalisere oppvarming og kj\u00f8ling i det energiintensive produksjonsanlegget. Den forbedrede l\u00f8sningen optimaliserte de forskjellige settpunktene basert p\u00e5 utetemperaturer. I tillegg identifiserte analysefunksjonene et problem i varmesystemets styring, samt et problem med ventiler som ikke ble stengt korrekt. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
