Vid fabriken i Ving\u00e5ker produceras \u00e5rligen cirka 200 000 ton golvavj\u00e4mning av cement. De ville ha ett system som skulle ge en helt\u00e4ckande \u00f6versikt \u00f6ver produktionen, ge operat\u00f6rerna st\u00f6rre frihet och ytterligare effektivisera produktionsprocesserna. Valet f\u00f6ll p\u00e5 en MES-l\u00f6sning fr\u00e5n Novotek.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Med Proficy Plant Applications bygger produktionen p\u00e5 automatisk styrning. Det inneb\u00e4r att MES-systemet har kontroll \u00f6ver bland annat recept, artiklar och best\u00e4llningar samt insamling av data till rapporter. Numrerade produktionsorders skickas automatiskt fr\u00e5n f\u00f6retagets system till produktionsplaneringsverktyget Proficy Scheduler. H\u00e4r visas alla best\u00e4llningar tillsammans med r\u00e5varuf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningen, s\u00e5 att du alltid har en \u00f6verblick \u00f6ver n\u00e4r r\u00e5varor tar slut.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>MES-systemet sk\u00f6ter sedan distributionen av produktionsordern s\u00e5 att r\u00e4tt kvantitet levereras till r\u00e4tt destination (oftast f\u00f6rpackningsmaskinen). Systemet balanserar produktionen efter behov, s\u00e5 att destinationen med st\u00f6rst behov f\u00e5r n\u00e4sta order. Med implementeringen av MES-systemet med automatisk k\u00f6rning f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrades operat\u00f6rens roll avsev\u00e4rt. Nu, med ett modernt HMI-system, har operat\u00f6ren ett anv\u00e4ndarv\u00e4nligt gr\u00e4nssnitt f\u00f6r \u00f6verblick och kontroll \u00f6ver produktionen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Fabrikschefen p\u00e5 Weber \u00e4r n\u00f6jd med satsningen p\u00e5 Proficy Plant Applications.
