Systemet har varit stabilt genom m\u00e5nga uppdateringar och med implementeringen av Proficy Historian fick Kanthal AB \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre insikt i produktionsprocesserna.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md spacer  \">\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"hero\">\n    <div class=\"carousel hero-slider small\" data-flickity data-flickity-options='{\"prevNextButtons\": false}'>\n              <div class=\"carousel-cell\">\n          <div class=\"container\">\n            <div class=\"hero-content\">\n                              <h2>Fr\u00e5n och till 2000\u00b0C<\/h2>\n<p>Kanthal \u00e4r en st\u00e5llegering av krom, aluminium och j\u00e4rn. Legeringen \u00e4r k\u00e4nd f\u00f6r att t\u00e5la h\u00f6ga temperaturer och har stort elektriskt motst\u00e5nd. Kanthal AB grundades 1931 av Hans von Kantzow, uppfinnaren av kanthallegeringen. Kanthal AB \u00e4r idag en v\u00e4rldsledande tillverkare av motst\u00e5ndsmaterial i form av tr\u00e5dar, bimetaller, v\u00e4rmeelement och kompletta v\u00e4rmel\u00f6sningar f\u00f6r industriugnar som n\u00e5r 2000\u00b0C. Kanthal AB tillverkar \u00e4ven material till andra produkter som v\u00e4rms med el, inklusive hush\u00e5llsapparater. Det var f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen vi anv\u00e4nde en PC i produktionen, minns projektledaren p\u00e5 Kanthal Hallstahammar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Vid den h\u00e4r tiden, redan 1994, hade Kanthal Hallstahammar \u00e5tta datorer, varav tv\u00e5 k\u00f6rde iFIX. De var sj\u00e4lva med i implementeringen av de f\u00f6rsta versionerna och i efterhand har systemet vuxit kontinuerligt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Vi best\u00e4mde oss f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla oss till ett system p\u00e5 b\u00e5de PC- och SCADA-sidan. Det har lett till att vi har byggt upp en bra kompetens inom iFIX, f\u00f6rklarar han.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md spacer  \">\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md heading  \">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Komplett \u00f6vervakning av produktionen<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Proficy iFIX \u00e4r ett \u00f6ppet system, vilket gjorde det enkelt f\u00f6r Kanthal AB att ut\u00f6ka systemet efter behov. Idag \u00e4r iFIX kopplat till sm\u00e4ltugnar, valsverk och reningsverk, med permanent \u00f6vervakning av produktionen och det centrala larmsystemet. Genom analys av historiska data fr\u00e5n produktionen kan Kanthal AB hitta dolda problem och samband mellan olika parametrar, och anv\u00e4nda insikten f\u00f6r att genomf\u00f6ra produktionsh\u00f6jande \u00e5tg\u00e4rder. Stopptidsregistrering f\u00f6r nyckeltalsanalys av driftstopp \u00e4r en viktig del av denna l\u00f6sning. Dessutom ger Proficy Historian betydligt enklare data\u00e5tkomst.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md heading  \">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00e4kerhet<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>S\u00e4kerheten i systemet \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 v\u00e4l utvecklad. Alla har m\u00f6jlighet att se samma information samtidigt som det \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att styra vem som kan se vilka signaturer och parametrar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Vissa delar av processen vill de dock inte att n\u00e5gon ska se. Det g\u00e4ller ofta att processutvecklaren p\u00e5 en viss avdelning har tillg\u00e5ng till sin information, samtidigt som det ocks\u00e5 handlar om att k\u00e4nslig information inte hamnar i fel h\u00e4nder.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md spacer  \">\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md heading  \">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Service och support<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Kanthal har genom \u00e5ren skaffat sig erfarenhet av Novoteks service och support genom sitt serviceavtal och olika uppgraderingar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container-md paragraph  \">\n<p>Vi har inte haft s\u00e5 mycket problem, men n\u00e4r vi har beh\u00f6vt hj\u00e4lp har vi f\u00e5tt bra st\u00f6d.
