We are excited to announce that ServiTecno S.r.l. (”ServiTecno”) has joined Novotek Group, marking an important step in our continued European growth journey.
Founded in Milan in 1979, ServiTecno has more than 45 years of experience supporting industrial organizations with industrial automation, process control, Industrial IT and OT cybersecurity solutions. Through this partnership, Novotek expands its presence into Italy, while adding valuable expertise and strong local customer relationships to the Group.

Looking ahead
ServiTecno’s 16 employees will remain at the heart of the business, which will continue to be led by Managing Director Francesco Tieghi. He will also join the Novotek Group management team, and ServiTecno will later be rebranded as Novotek Italy S.r.l.
