after meeting this year’s new team members.
Every year, we bring all our new hires from across Novotek to Malmö for a few days of onboarding, connection, and shared experience. It’s become one of my favorite parts of the year.
Seeing a room full of talented, curious people from different countries and backgrounds reminds me of how far we’ve come and how much we’re growing. But it’s not just about expansion. It’s about building the kind of team that makes growth possible.
The cooking activity was a perfect example. It was loud, messy, fun and full of collaboration. You could feel the team spirit forming in real time.
Moments like these are energizing. They show that what we’re building together is more than just business, it’s a company culture that’s open, forward-looking, and ready for what’s next.
