OneNovotek Hat Day

We have celebrated OneNovotek Hat Day as part of our 40-year anniversary 🎉

Colleagues came to work wearing all kinds of hats, showing that even a small gesture can bring people together. What made the day truly special was seeing our global teams participate simultaneously, strengthening the sense of being One Novotek.

Beyond the fun and team spirit, the day also had an important purpose. Together, we raised funds for Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders (MSF), an organization doing vital work around the world, providing medical care where it is needed most.

Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and helped make the day a success. A great example of how we combine engagement, collaboration, and social responsibility – all while having a bit of fun along the way.
