2025 was a year marked by global uncertainty, resulting in weaker financial performance than initially planned. At the same time, Novotek made important long-term investments to strengthen its position for the future. The company continued its geographic expansion, particularly in France, where strategic acquisitions are laying a solid foundation for growth in the coming years.
A key development was the formation of Velotic, bringing together well-established software portfolios that Novotek has represented for many years. This change is viewed as a significant opportunity, with renewed focus and investments in the solutions that form the core of Novotek’s offering.
Internally, Novotek took major steps to build a stronger, more scalable organization through system alignment, process improvements, and achieving ISO certifications in quality, environment, and information security. Looking ahead, increasing customer investments in AI and Industrial DataOps create strong growth opportunities, supported by close collaborations with leading technology partners. As Novotek approaches its 40th anniversary in 2026, the company looks forward with confidence, combining a strong legacy with a clear focus on future growth.
