Novotek to ensure continued support for PTD France customers

Novotek AB (”Novotek”), together with Premier Tech Digital (”PTD”), agreed that Novotek will take over 100% of the French subsidiary of PTD. The French subsidiary PTD has had a number of customers using GE Vernova and other third-party software packages that are no longer core to PTD’s offering in Europe. Therefore, to ensure continued support and further development for these customers, PTD and Novotek have agreed that Novotek will take over 100% of the ownership of PTD’s French subsidiary.

As Pierre-Luc Simard, general manager for PTD, put it: “PTD is increasing focus on its OpRize, SyncRun and Necton products. Over its over 100-year history, Premier Tech has built a reputation for the quality of its service and its commitment to its customers. We didn’t want to leave the PTD France team and their customers without support. Novotek, entering France’s market with a track record for professional services and customer care, made for an excellent partner to take over the custom MES business and ensure our French customers would be able to continue operating for the long term with Novotek’s service supplemented by PTD’s team expertise.”

Tobias Antius, the CEO of Novotek, commented on the deal, “When we were approached by PTD, we felt that this was a great opportunity to add a technical team to drive our Expert Consultancy business in France.” He continued, “We appreciate the PTD’s openness and willingness to facilitate this deal to secure both customers and employees. “ 

PTD France is from the 23/10 2025 part of the Novotek group under the name of Novotek Solutions France.
